* Experience with direct reports (10 or more including both technicians & pharmacist)
*Previous experience with Pharmacy Accreditation such as URAC, ACHC, JCAHO
*Previous experience with Asembia or other clinical management system
*Multiple State Licensure (Nevada) * 3+ years in a leadership role
* 5+ years as a practicing retail or specialty pharmacist
* Pharmacist license active and in good standing in CA
* available to manage off-hour emergency issues, patient/prescriber escalations, and facility issues.
* Ability to be licensed in other states and jurisdictions as needed by the business. *Previous management experience
* Experience with direct reports (10 or more including both technicians & pharmacist)

*Multiple State Licensure (Nevada) This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
